Our skilled medical biller Stephanie helps our clients navigate their insurance benefit and help offset any out-of-pocket costs. Working with insurance companies can be stressful at times, but our goal is to help you navigate this in a kind, compassionate, and skilled manner. Most of our clients are able to see their dietitians for free or just the cost of a copay!

Typically with this insurance, your visit is covered 3-unlimited visits a year. We always recommend that you double-check your specific policy as this could change or be subject to your specific employer plan:

Insurance Reimbursed Dietitian Visits
We are excited to offer a free insurance billing service to our clients. Many individuals are unaware that their insurance benefits most likely offer visits to a Dietitian for nutritional care. We commonly see 3-26 free visits each year! Currently, we are in-network with Aetna, AmeriHealth, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United & Cigna. If you would like to check your benefits, click the link below for the how-to handout. If you have BlueCross, United, or Cigna, we ask you to fill out the Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) Medical Necessity Form prior to coming in. This helps us code your visit correctly so we have fewer claims that need to be resubmitted.
